→ I slept so well last night for the first time in a long time. (=in forever, since forever)

→ I'm drinking for the first time in a long time.
정말 오랜만에 머리한거야.
→ I got my hair done for the first time in a long time.
정말 오랜만에 목욕탕 갔다 왔어.
→ I went to the sauna for the first time in a long time.
